Ukraine managed to secure a much-needed victory in the previous round.
The entire squad did an excellent job defending against a dangerous Georgian attack and maintained their lead, which was built on Mykhailo Mudryk's spectacular performance in the previous match.
Now half way through this UEFA Nations League campaign, Ukraine has put themselves in a better position for the next stage.
The Czech Republic had done their part in the solid win against Albania at home, winning 2:0.
With this result, they currently have exactly the same points as Georgia in Group B, with three matches remaining.
